RVC MOST VALUABLE PERSON AWARD

“The award of employees, by employees, and for employees”

At Renesas Design Vietnam, not only business but also non-business contributions, no matter they are big or small, of RVC employees are recognized and honored by RVC Most Valuable Person Award (“RVC MVP”). We believe that every employee by their talents and capabilities is bringing about success of business and adding more value to the better working environment of the Company. What they have been doing should be highly appreciated and awarded timely and publicly to motivate and inspire positive working morale for the whole company. Though the financial value of this award is not so big (a T-shirt, a yellow ID strap and badge, and 1,000,000 VND), its motivating effect is undoubtedly valuable.
