Recruitment procedure
- Resumes screening is based on applied position’s requirement.
- Short-listed candidates will be contacted for the next step.
- Design Engineer (entry level): 2 written tests (Technical: 1.5hrs & English 1.5hrs) are required. Hardware and Software tests are different.
- Engineer Internship: 2 written tests (Technical: 1.5hrs & English 1.5hrs) are required. Hardware and Software tests are different.
- Experienced Engineers: No written tests. Telephone interviews in English might be required.
- Other positions: Technical test (if any) and English test
- Assessment results will be informed via e-mail, with invitation to interview for qualified candidates and thanks message for others
- Interview: Face to face technical interview and HR interview.
- Same result informing procedure with assessment round. Successful interviewees will receive Job Offer Letters.
- Job offer letters will be sent by e-mail along with terms and conditions to successful candidates.
- This shall be read and replied to confirm by the receivers.
