Experienced Employee Relation Specialist

The Human Resources (HR) Generalist performs related duties on a professional level and carries out responsibilities; supporting operations relating to employee relations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be in charge of Employee Relation & Training.
  • Handle internal activities (employee database, monthly checking – time records, leaves, employee statistics, insurances and reports.
  • Maintain good internal relationship & support employees.
  • Take part in arrangement company events.
  • Assist day-to-day department operation and general administrative job.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by HR manager.

Primary Requirements:

  • University graduation
  • At least 1 year working experience in HR field , working in multi-national company is preferable
  • Good command of English (both written & verbal communication)
  • High sense of internal & external customer services.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills to build solid relationships across functions.
  • Good office computing skills, knowledge of database, knowledge of IT working environment is an advantage
