We are very proud of our fair recruitment process which is conventional and systematic. This has enabled us to find and hire the most suitable employees for our company over the last 4 years.
Normally, RVC recruitment process includes 5 steps:

Step 1: Screen applications
After receiving online registrations or application packages from candidates (resumes in English, latest 3x4
photos, application letters, score transcripts, university degrees, and other certificates if any) by post or
e-mail, we will select the most suitable candidates based on the job requirement.
Only short-listed candidates will be contacted. They will receive our Invitation letters to
written test via e-mail.
Step 2: Written test
- For positions of Design Engineers: Candidates have to take 2 tests – Technical test (2.0 hours) and English test (1.5 hours).
Tests for Hardware Design Engineers are different from those for Software Design Engineers.
- For other positions: Candidates have to take only 1 test – English test (1.0 hour)
Results of the employment tests will be informed via e-mail to all test takers. Only those who pass the written test are invited to the first interview.
Step 3: First interview
First interview is done by group discussion & presentation. Like the employment test, the results of first interview will be informed to all interviewees via e-mail. We will send Invitation letters to final interview to successful interviewees.
Step 4: Final interview
Final Interview is one-on-one interview.
Likewise, the results of final interview are also sent to all interviewees via e-mail. Successful
interviewees will receive our Job offer letters.
Step 5: Job offer
Receivers of Job Offer Letters need to read over all the terms and conditions included. Afterwards,
they will reply to confirm whether they accept the Job Offers or not.
Notes:
- The process above is done in English.
- The 5-step process is applied to positions of Design Engineers only.
- For other positions, Step 3 - First interview, is excluded.
- At the discretion of the company, some steps might be skipped in some special situations.
