  • Resumes screening is based on applied position’s requirement.
  • Short-listed candidates will be contacted for the next step.

  • Design Engineer (entry level): 2 written tests (Technical: 2hrs & English 1.5hrs) are required. Hardware and Software tests are different.
  • Engineer Internship: 2 written tests (Technical: 1.5hrs & English 1.0hr) are required. Hardware and Software tests are different.
  • Experienced Engineers: No written tests. Telephone interviews in English might be required.
  • Other positions: only English test involves.
  • Assessment results will be informed via e-mail, with invitation to interview for qualified candidates and thanks message for others

  • First interview: Individual presentation. Only applicable to Design Engineers at entry level.
  • Final interview: One-on-one interview.
  • Same result informing procedure with assessment round. Successful interviewees will receive Job Offer Letters.

  • Job offer letters will be sent by e-mail along with terms and conditions to successful candidates.
  • This shall be read and replied to confirm by the receivers.
