Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your Roles:

  • Handling recruitment process to hire the best suitable talent employees for the company.
  • Creating a pool of candidates through recruiting activities, social networking, community organizations, and media channels.
  • Proceeding with the identification of potential candidates through screening and interviewing of the pool of applicants.
  • Taking responsibilities for branding company’s image at Job Fair events.
  • Building up and maintaining good relationship with universities to support for recruiting activities.
  • Updating information about recruitment trend, techniques to propose improvement for recruiting process.
  • Being in charge of updating information on the recruitment channels
  • Taking part in organizing CSR activities of the company
  • Assisting HR in day-to-day department operation and general administrative job
  • Other job is assigned by HR Manager

Your Qualifications:

  • University degree graduated
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in recruiting, working in High-tech company/Executive Search firm is a plus
  • Strong at communication and negotiation skills, detailed oriented, positive thinking and good at work ethic
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal communication)
  • Good office computing
