Experienced HR General Specialist

The Human Resources (HR) Generalist performs HR – related duties on a professional level and carries out responsibilities in training (internal & external), and support operations relating to employee relations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Training
    • Design, develop, and deliver training programs align with company goals, while identifying and resolving issues as necessary.
    • Build an effective mechanism to measure and monitor the success of the programs.
    • Manage logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management for training program which HR Department delivers to employees and managers in domestic or oversea.
  • Employee Relation
    • Support in review and development of new and revised company policies relevant to current employment legislation that actively supports company’s goals.
    • Support to manage employee benefit program, events, providing wellness information and resources to staff in order to create motivation and enhancing employees ‘productivity and retention.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by HR manager.

Primary Requirements:

  • University graduates with a minimum 4 years experiences in HR General, especially in training and employee relation.
  • Having ability to perform the role of trainer is a plus
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving skills and work under pressure
  • Strong oral, written, and (both English and Vietnamese) communication, presentation & negotiation skills to express ideas and information in a way that is engaging, grammatically correct, and concise.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills to build solid relationships across functions.
