Associate Senior Administration Specialist

A. Job description:

  • Manage door system and finger print system. Export daily attendance reports.
  • Make hotel reservations and flight reservations for other departments and visitors.
  • Control stationery, and office supplies stock. Input in/out quantity by using Microsoft Access
  • Monitor outsource services such as security service, cleaning service, catering service, rental car service, pest Control and gardening service.
  • Handle environment issues and prepare environment reports submitting to the local authority.
  • Participate in some other administration tasks when it is needed.
  • Report to Administration Group Manager

B. Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Administration major is a plus
  • Knowledge in procurement procedures.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Good at Visual Basic and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English
  • Computer and network system knowledge is preferred
  • Function well in a team environment, and have the ability to work well under pressure. Be able to work independently, and learn regulations and procedures.
  • Carefulness and truthfulness.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in FDI Company
